This website is operated by ZYO LLC under the Jewelry and Watch ZO brand.
Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ZYO LLC and Jewelry and Watch ZO.

If you do not agree, you must not use the website or purchase products from us.

4. GOLD LAMINATE DESCRIPTION
Products described as “18K Gold Laminate,” “18K Gold-Laminated Finish,” or similar expressions are not solid-gold jewelry unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
These products use a gold-colored or gold-containing exterior finish applied or fused over a base material or alloy identified in the applicable product description.
“18K” refers to the stated gold purity associated with the gold layer or finish and does not mean that the entire product is solid 18K gold.
5. PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout.
We may change prices, promotions, products, or availability without prior notice.
A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except in the case of an obvious pricing, technical, or typographical error.
6. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
• Product unavailability.
• Pricing or product-description errors.
• Suspected fraud.
• Payment failure.
• Shipping restrictions.
• Resale activity that violates our policies.

8. SHIPPING
Shipping is available only within the United States.

Estimated delivery is generally 1 to 3 business days, subject to product availability, order verification, fulfillment, carrier conditions, and the Shipping Policy.
9. FINAL SALES, RETURNS, AND WARRANTIES
All sales are final except for approved manufacturing defects, incorrect products, items damaged during delivery, covered Lifetime Color Warranty claims, or when a remedy is required by applicable law.
Our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy and Lifetime Color Warranty are incorporated into these Terms.
10. PRODUCT CARE
Customers are responsible for following all product-care instructions.
Although certain products may be described as resistant to water, seawater, swimming pools, perfumes, lotions, or normal daily exposure, this does not mean that the products are indestructible or resistant to every chemical, concentration, condition, or duration of exposure.
Products should not be exposed to acids, abrasive substances, industrial chemicals, bleach, strong solvents, sanding, filing, or aggressive polishing.
11. PROHIBITED USES

20. DISPUTES
Before filing a formal claim, the customer agrees to contact jewelrywatchzo@gmail.com and provide a reasonable opportunity for us to review and resolve the matter informally.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
22. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
